The Salon de la Gastronomie, held from 26 to 28 September at the Alliance Française d'Antananarivo, AFT, has gone beyond its traditional role of exhibition and sales to become a crossroads for cultural and culinary exchange. Now in its tenth year, the event not only showcased the delights of Madagascar, but also those of French-speaking countries, creating a unique synergy.
