An itinerant chef, committed entrepreneur, and proud ambassador of Malagasy gastronomy, Aina Ramadison. will once again represent Madagascar at the International Gastronomy Village in Paris, from September 11 to 14, 2025. This is a portrait of a passionate woman who subtly blends tradition and modernity to make her country shine through cuisine. Since 2018, she has embodied a vibrant, generous, and resolutely forward-looking Malagasy cuisine abroad. Chef Aina Ramadison, founder of Festi@Food, will participate in her seventh edition of the International Gastronomy Village in Paris.
